About this event
Power Up in The SHERO Circle's monthly community class. Each month you'll tap into the power of your Sacred Femininity. You'll learn the theory and embodiment to fully know your body as a temple and bring together Heaven & Earth within you through QiGong, Sensual Movement and Yoni practices.
We will meet around the Full Moon to focus on and power up a different body center monthly, groove, dive into emotional body wisdom and healing, all with the intent to ignite the Universal Love that lives and blooms within.
