Large beach towel or blanket for coverage over sand.

A yoga mat can be placed beneath a blanket for more stability, but it is not required.

Water to drink, or picnic if your staying affter class.

Wear layers & cover up for meditation. You may sweat from class and get chilly in rest.

Something to protect your items if we get a sprinkle of rain - or the healing ocean mist.

We will have some AMBER lighting on the beach, we are in TURTLE NEST SEASON. NO WHITES LIGHTS

We are 1 block SOUTH of Sunrise Blvd - SOUTH of NE 9th street

🌙 PARKING OPTIONS :

FASTEST:

1) Across the street from class, there are plenty of street parking with hourly meters at NE 9th St, Vistamar St & surrounding beachside streets.

2) Paid valet parking available at hotels.

1) The streets - a couple blocks west of beach - around Vistamar St, Antioch Ave & Bayshore Dr areas. There are no meters in this area and you will have to take some extra time to explore if its your first time. 5-7 minute walk

2) The Galleria Mall area and is a beautiful 12-15 minute walk over the Sunrise Blvd drawbridge.

ALWAYS CHECK OUR LINK BEFORE HEADING TO OUTDOORS EVENTS. Any delays or cancellations will be announced at least 60 minutes before class.
