Join together in community for yoga, meditation,community connection and bliss.
Feel free to bring a lantern with a candle. We will have a some at the circle center too!
This monthly gathering is a co-creation by Shelsea Novosel of Sea Yoga and Leah Pegram of Her Sacred Circle.
Shelsea will lead you through a blissful yoga practice, Leah will drop you into deep meditation and offer a ritual for healing.
All are welcome. (men, women, and children, and sweet puppies)
Bring your yoga mat and or beach blanket, a water bottle, and anything else you may want to stay and hang out after.
There is ample parking at the lots at 65th ave beach access as well as at 66th and 64th ave beach access.
