The full moon brings us the opportunity to celebrate the cycles of life, nature and our bodies.

The December Full Moon Celebration will feature activities to honor the women-led protests in Iran. We'll celebrate their bravery and feminine power. We’ll embrace our authenticity, and give thanks for our ability to live authentically, as the women in Iran fight for that right. We’ll set intentions, and send intentional energy through the moon to the women in Iran.

Join us, let's manifest together our goals, dreams, and wishes through collective energy and intention. We will guide you through activities to connect you to each other and channel the powerful energy of the full moon.

Are you ready to howl at the Moon?!

How to prepare:

- Come with an open mind, and prepare to engage in light, mindful movement.

- Please bring a journal and something to write with.

- We suggest checking the weather before the event and dressing accordingly - it's COLD these days!! Wear layers, bring blankets, maybe even hand warmers!

- Light refreshments will be available. You are welcome to bring snacks or drinks of your choice to share.
