What: An auric clearing

Where: Oak Cliff Aikikai - just follow the rose petals to the "flex space"
What to expect: sounds, smells and touches while lying back in a comfortable position
What to bring: a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow, a water bottle, your open mind and heart
