Join Bridge HIV of the San Francisco Department of Public Health in commemorating National Women & Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day during our community health forum, "Full Circle: From Vaginal Rings to Sexual Safety” at Mills College in the Student Union.
From 5:30PM-6PM, you can enjoy music and hor d'oeuvres! From 6PM-8PM, you can learn exciting information about research to find new methods of preventing HIV. Join us as we discuss vaginal rings for HIV prevention, pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), and sexual safety for women. Also, we will have raffles throughout the night!
This will be a great space to learn about clinical research, meet public health professionals, and contribute to a dialogue about HIV prevention for women. People of all ages and areas of study are invited to come!
Directions:
Mills is located immediately off of Highway 580 in Oakland at the junction of 580 (MacArthur Freeway) and Highway 13 (Warren Freeway), approximately seven miles from the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge.
