About this Event
Get your body moving and your heart pumping while you learn to move safely and mindfully throughout your pregnancy. Jamie Jones, pre and postnatal fitness instructor and doula, will guide you through 45 minutes of key exercises that support your body in pregnancy and build the strength you’ll need in labor. She’ll also leave some time to take your movement-related questions at the end!
