Enjoy the champagne of espresso and the combination of the world’s finest spirits and speciality coffee to create new taste sensations for your palate.

Guests will be guided through the process of assessing aroma, acidity, body, depth, balance and other attributes with their olfactory senses and sense of taste.

You will be invited to taste two Fuel signature blends coffees and their Espresso Cocktail.

Important Notes:

• Sessions will be presented in Cantonese & English.

• Participants are recommended to be punctual. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable occasion, if any.

• Under any circumstances, there are no refunds, no cancellations and no exchanges after the administrative fee has been paid.

• All participants are required to complete a screening procedure upon arrival which include but not limited to temperature checking as well as filling up a health declaration form. Further, all participants are required to wear face mask when entering the Event Venue. Participant(s), who have a body temperature higher than 37.5 degrees celsius and/or have not properly worn face mask, will not allowed to join the Event.

• All participants are required by law to use the “LeaveHomeSafe” app and fulfill the “Vaccine Pass” requirement and follow all latest regulations of anti-epidemic requirements by government upon entering event venue.

Terms and Conditions

Participant(s) must comply with all “Terms and Conditions” as set out below:

1. “Fuel Coffee x Whisky Tasting” (the “Event”) is organised by Link Asset Management Limited and Fuel Espresso (the “Co-Organisers”) and A-Event Group Limited (the “Event Producer”);

2. Intended participant may submit the registration through the website or mobile app of “Eventbrite”. By submitting the registration, the intended participant is deemed to accept and agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions herein and agree to the Personal Information Collection Statement set out below;

3. The intended participant who submits the registration for the Event must be aged 18 or above;

4. Alcoholic beverages will only be sold or served to participant(s) who is/are aged 18 or above;

5. Limited quotas (5 pax per section) for the Event will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email upon completion of payment on the website or mobile app of “Eventbrite”. All participants must present the confirmation email at the time of participating the Event;

6. Under any circumstances, there are no refunds, no cancellation and no exchange after the administrative fee has been paid;

7. Only confirmed participants are eligible to participate the Event. The confirmation is personal, non- transferable and non-replaceable;

8. Please note that participants will be arranged to participate in the Event with non-acquaintances;

9. In order to verify the confirmed participants’ identities, the Co-Organisers may require participants to provide his/her valid identity documents. Those who fail to prove his/her identity may be requested to leave the Event immediately;

10. Any participant (whether or not under the influence of drugs or alcohol) who causes nuisance, discomfort or harassment to any other participants, guests or staff during the Event, or refuses to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Event or the request or direction as reasonably required by the staff of the Co-Organisers /Event Producer may be asked to leave the Event immediately;

11. The Co-Organisers and the Event Producer reserve the right to determine whether the participant is suitable for participation in the Event;

12. For safety reasons, the Event is not suitable for expectant mother(s) or the person who is currently on medication or has high blood pressure, flu, fever, heart disease, nervous disorder, epilepsy, motion sickness and recent surgery or illness;

13. Participants are advised to evaluate the potential danger arising out of the Event. Participants understand and agree that his/her participation in the Event is voluntary and participants should bear all risks and responsibilities relating to any incident or accident arising out of or in connection with the participation of this Event. The Co-Organisers shall not be liable for any injuries, death or loss and damage which he/she may sustain in the Event due to Participant’s own negligence, ill health or poor physical condition;

14. Participants shall take note of the potential risks of suffering from allergies upon intaking some kind of food & beverages. The Co-Organisers shall not be liable for any losses and/or claims and/or damages caused due to food and beverage allergy;

15. The Co-Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry of any person(s) whose body temperature is higher than 37.5 degrees Celsius (as indicated by the on‐site temperature detector in the venue) or to those who appears to have significant symptoms of respiratory infections. No refund or compensation will be arranged if entry is denied due to this term and condition;

16. Participants shall follow the regulations of anti-epidemic requirements including but not limited to the social distancing announced by government;

17. The Co-Organisers will closely monitor the latest epidemic prevention regulation and reserve the right to implement any crowed control and limit the number of participants in accordance with the situation. If there is any change of the government's control measures, the preventive measures for the Event may be changed accordingly. The schedule and arrangement of the Event is subject to change according to the change of the Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance or its subsidiary regulations announced by the Government;

18. Participants should take care of their personal belongings. The Co-Organisers will not be held liable for any losses;

19. Smoking and using a lighter are prohibited in the Event;

20. Participants shall keep the venue clean and shall not litter;

21. Participants shall not bring any loose, bulky or sharp objects that may compromise your own safety or that of others to participate the Event;

22. Please raise your hand if you feel unwell during the Event and follow the instructions given by the staff of the Co-Organisers to leave the venue of the Event;

23. The Co-Organisers reserve the right to seek compensation for the participant if any equipment or appliance in the Event is damaged due to such participant’s improper use, carelessness, vandalism, or disregard of safety guidelines or staff instructions;

24. Please do not remove, damage, or deface any facilities within the venue of the Event. If any participant removes, damages or defaces any facilities in the venue leading to any breakdown or damage, such participant shall bear all the repair costs and damages therefor;

25. Please follow all the instructions from the staff of the Co-Organisers /Event Producer. The staff of the Co-Organisers has the right to ask those who fail to follow the instructions to leave the venue of the Event immediately;

26. Participants irrevocably and unconditionally agree with the Co-Organisers to use his/her photos/videos taken during their participation in the Event for marketing and/or promotional purposes of this or future events;

27. The Co-Organisers’ contractors, the Event Producer and their respective employees are not permitted to participate in the Event;

28. The Co-Organisers have the absolute right without prior notice to amend any venue and any of the terms and conditions herein and cancel, suspend or postpone the Event. The Co-Organisers shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs and expenses which the participants may suffer arising from (whether directly or indirectly), such amendment of terms and conditions or cancellation, suspension or postponement of the Event;

29. The Co-Organisers shall at its sole discretion make the final decision to accept or reject any participant to join the Event. In case of dispute, the decision of the Co-Organisers shall be final.

Personal data held by us will be used:1. to facilitate the daily administration and operation of our business and improvement to our services, events and products for customers and tenants (including their staff) (“Tenants”);2. for the application, administration, communication, continuation and termination of services, events and products that to be held, organized, and / or provided by us or our partners at Link REIT's shopping centers, fresh markets, cooked food stalls, offices and car parks ("Link Premises");3. for identity verification, matching and / or records and for maintaining communication with our customers and Tenants and updating of their profile;4. for handling enquiries and feedbacks for better services to customers and Tenants who patronize Link Premises;5. for internal statistical and analysis purposes;6. to update our customer and Tenants with news and events at Link Premises, and the latest developments about Link REIT;7. for matters relating to transfer or assignment of any Link Premises, or any part of Link’s right, business or assets in respect of Link’s Premises including but not limited to changes in business of or significant shareholding in Link or amalgamation of Link with another body;8. for making disclosure so required by law, regulation or court order of any jurisdiction and / or so requested by any government, regulatory or law enforcement authority or administrative organization within or outside Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;9. for establishing legal claims or defences; obtain legal advice; and / or exercising, defending and / or protecting the right or properties of Link; Link’s affiliates and contractors, agents and third party service providers, including identifying, contracting or brining legal action against any person who may be interfering with such rights or properties (whether intentionally or otherwise) and / or whether any other third party may be harmed or property of any third party may be damaged by such interference.(collectively "Purposes")

Personal data held by us will be kept confidential, but we may disclose / transfer such data to the following parties (whether within or outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) for the purposes set out in this PICS:1. the entities comprising all the special purpose vehicles of Link REIT and the subsidiary (if any) of Link Asset Management and / or Link Properties Limited and / or Century Land Investment Limited in connection with the operation of our business, events, services, and / or products at Link Premises;2. professional advisors, service providers or contractors of Link Asset Management and / or Link Properties Limited and / or Century Land Investment Limited providing property management services, event organization services or licensing services at Link Premises;3. any agent, contractor or third party service provider who provides administrative, telecommunications, computer, payment, content, information, or other marketing and promotional services to us in connection with the operation of our business, events, services or products at or in relation to Link Premises;4. any person under a duty of confidentiality to us or who has undertaken to keep your personal data confidential and use them in strict compliance with the requirements of the PDPO (including but not limited to accountants, legal advisors and other advisors);5. any government, law enforcement or administrative organization;6. any person to whom we are under an obligation under law to make disclosure;7. those parties who we consider it necessary to do so in order to protect and defend our rights and property, comply with applicable law, regulations, including but not limited to judicial proceedings, court orders or legal services; and8. any actual or potential assignee(s), transferee(s), successor(s) or purchaser(s) of all or any part of Link Premises or of all or any part of our right in any business or assets.

We strive at all times to ensure that your personal data will be protected against unauthorized or accidental access, processing, erasure or other use. We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic and managerial measures to safeguard and secure your personal data.

Retention of Data

We will keep your personal data for a reasonable time to fulfill the purpose for which the data was collected or comply with the relevant rules, regulations and laws of Hong Kong. Personal data which is no longer required will be destroyed.

Data Security

Your personal data will be kept in the office of Link Asset Management and / or Link Properties Limited and / or Century Land Investment Limited or by the service providers engaged by Link Asset Management and / or Link Properties Limited and / or Century Land Investment Limited and will be accessible only to our authorized employees and service providers.

Data Access / Correction Requests

Under the PDPO, any individual has the right to request access to and correction of his or her personal data held by us. In accordance with the terms of the POPO, Link Asset Management and / or Link Properties Limited and / or Century Land Investment Limited has the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any data access request.
