About this event

As Federal agencies face significant uncertainty about their space and facilities needs in the aftermath of pandemic, the ability to maintain maximum flexibility is paramount. Amid this uncertainty, flexible workplace solutions offer Federal agencies an attractive set of options to meet their office space requirements in the coming years. And with its recent IDIQ contract award flexible coworking services, GSA is recognizing how flexible workspace can be an important part of the Government’s overall portfolio strategy.

The December FRPA program will feature a Roundtable discussion on flexible workplace solutions as part of the Federal portfolio strategy. The discussion will showcase how private and public sector organizations have been using flexible workplace solutions as part of their overall portfolio strategy to improve space utilization, reduce real estate costs, and improve the overall employee experience.

Organizer of FRPA In-Person Event on Flexible Workplace Solutions

The Federal Real Property Association is a 501(c)(6) non-profit community of Federal property asset managers and real estate professional working together to solve today’s asset management and workplace challenges. As part of its on-going mission, the Federal Real Property Association (FRPA) supports and promotes professionalism among real property executives, managers and vendors in the public and private sectors. Our members strive to provide effective and efficient management of real property.

FRPA membership includes Individual, Corporate and Agency membership. By becoming a member of the FRPA, you will join an association whose members have a keen interest in maximizing the effective and efficient management of real property. Association members include facility managers, space planners, realty specialists, commercial brokers, attorneys, interior designers, developers, architects, and vendors of facilities products and services.

FRPA is a 100% voluntary organization. All Board Members and Conference Chairs have full time jobs outside of the FRPA organizations.
