The event will feature a panel discussion entitled: “The Federal Workplace Experience.” The panel will examine current efforts to create an office environment that reflects a “destination, not an obligation,” for employees in the post-pandemic era. The program will consider how both public and private sector organizations are evolving their workplace strategies to incorporate hybrid and integrate behavior, process, technology, and space to enhance the employee experience and maintain organizational effectiveness.

Confirmed speakers include:

  • Scott Davis, Director, Office of Property and Environmental Management, United States Department of Agriculture
  • Leigh Stringer, Global Director of Advisory Services, Perkins & Will
  • John Hughes, Principal, Workplace Strategy Consulting, Steelcase
  • Martine Combal, Senior Vice President, JLL Public Institutions (moderator)

The event will take place on Tuesday, December 6 from 5:30pm – 8:00pm at the Steelcase Showroom located at 1000 F St NW #1000, Washington, DC 20004. In addition to the panel discussion, the evening will feature: ample opportunity to socialize, a plethora of hors d’oeuvres and adult beverages, and holiday music to celebrate the spirit of the season.

Many thanks to Steelcase, which has provided their beautiful showroom as the venue for the evening, and to JLL Public Institutions, our generous sponsor for this holiday event. We look forward to seeing everyone on December 6th.
