Frosting and Filling a Cake (XPER 135 01)

Learn the basic baking techniques, frosting recipes and the pros and cons of homemade versus pre-made frosting. Please bring two 6- or 8-inch cakes to frost and fill, one batch of frosting and your choice of a filling, a basic cake decorating kit, a flat cake spatula, pastry bags and a board or flat surface to frost the cake on (no lips). The preferred frosting recipe will be emailed to you.
