What do I bring to a Gong Bath Meditation?

Accepted Answer

Bring a blanket if you tend to get cold when you relax (especially as we head into these colder months!) an eye mask (we have extra for you!), a pillow/bolster, a yoga mat or foam mattress, or even… an infinity chair (yes, really!) - basically bring anything you need to be cozy and comfortable.

What do I wear to a Gong Bath Meditation?

Point of Clarification!  This is, indeed, a FULLY CLOTHED event. Please DO wear comfortable clothing. The word "Bath" in Gong Bath refers to sound waves, not water.
