Have a casual dinner on us, and meet Kathy Lynch, M.A., M.F.Th., Director of Wellness Works, Glendale, and creator of Welcome Home Veterans. Learn about the supportive programs Kathy has developed for veterans. Also see the artwork of USMC veteran Kenneth James, whose art, based on the theme "Love Triumphant" is an expression of turning something painful into something beautiful. This program and dinner are free, and the event is open to all interested members of the community.

There are 25 parking places reserved for the American Legion under the Holly Street Apartments adjacent to the post. These spaces can be accessed by entering the driveway on the west side of Marengo, approximately 75 feet north of the Legion building. Once you enter the underground parking area, turn left at the bottom of the driveway, and you will see the American Legion parking area.
There is metered parking in front of the post, and over 50 metered parking places within one block of the post. Metered parking is free after 8 PM.
Additional parking is available ½ block from the post, in the multi-level parking structure on the south side of Holly Street, located behind the First Baptist Church. Parking fee is a flat $5.00 on weekends, and $6.00 Monday through Friday.

SGV Front Line for Veterans, First Responders, and Their Families
SGV Front Line is a community outreach program of NAMI SGV and the American Legion Family, Pasadena, Post 13. We host community forum programs with speakers on a variety of interest to military and veteran families with an emphasis on connecting veterans with resources that will help with service related challenges such as PTSD. We also host a monthly mindfulness practice group for veterans and those who love them, faciliatated by Mindful Warrior Project. All programs are held at The Legion Club of Pasadena.
