Fronius UK will be hosting our fourth Open House at our Milton Keynes HQ on 15th May 2019 from 9am.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Our office is located in Milton Keynes, easily accessible from both J13 & J14 of the M1. We are also near the coach station and train station, approximately 10-15 minutes in a taxi. Onsite parking will be available and sign posted.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

A copy of your ticket, either printed or available on your phone, will speed up your entry to the event, but it is not a problem if you do not have it with you.

Gordon Murray Design
Gordon Murray Design is a British visionary design and engineering company with its headquarters in Shalford in Surrey undertaking Automotive and Engineering programmes. Cranfield University
Within the Welding Engineering and Laser Processing Centre, the Additive Manufacturing (AM) team has been pioneering research in large-scale AM of metallic structures since the ’90s, with a major push for more than 10 years. Cranfield University has been active on all required fronts, i.e. process design; incorporation of ancillary processes (cold work, metrology, inspection); development of specialist hardware and CAM software; qualification of material properties; and definition of design and manufacturing rules. The ever-growing materials portfolio is impressive, and features alloys systems such as titanium-, aluminium-, iron-, nickel-, copper-based ones, as well as more exotic elements such as tungsten, molybdenum, and tantalum.

Electric Vehicle Experience Centre
Founded in July 2017, the Electric Vehicle Experience Centre is Europe’s first, brand-neutral advice centre for electric cars. Now in it’s second year, the EVEC is operated in partnership with four principal manufacturers: BMWi, Volkswagen, Renault and Kia, in order to bring market leading expertise to a broad range of clientele. Located in the centre of Milton Keynes, the electric heart of the United Kingdom, the EVEC showroom plays host to 4 different electric vehicles, for visitors of the mall to gain first-hand experience with. Alongside this, the EVEC also maintains a fleet of over 20 demonstrator EVs and PHEVs, to help visitors find their perfect electric, and most importantly, to gain the required experience to make their next purchase electric.
