Event description

Description

Chef Ellard is back!

In this hands-on participation class, Chef Ellard will serve participants an appetizer of Thai Spring Rolls.

Chef Ellard then will show you how to make a fresh, rich, Thai Green Curry with Chicken (kang khiao wan gai) and jasmine rice served with home-made Thai Iced Tea.

Participants will be pounding their own Green Curry Paste using a mortar and pestle from the ingredients and recipe provided by Chef Ellard. In this class, you also will learn how to make your fresh coconut milk for the curry using fresh local coconut meat.

Chef Ellard learned these techniques and recipes from a talented Chef in the Si Phraya District, deep in the heart of Old Bangkok. You won't believe the flavors. If you so choose, you'll also get to take home the leftover Thai Green Curry Paste to be used for future curries.

Top it off with a refreshing Thai Iced Tea and 'aroi dee' - it's tasty!
