Project Take Back's 1st annual, From Survivor to Overcomer Symposium, "Overcoming Adversity" You will hear powerful testimonials about courage in the face of fear, strength in adversity, and faith when all hope seemed lost. Learn about financial stewardship and your rights and responsibilities as a victim as well as understanding how forms of abuse can be linked to suicide and depression.⠀

The event will be held at Tampa Heights Junior Civic Center in Tampa on February 2, 2019. Our keynote speaker will be Lisa McVey Noland, the lone survivor of the Bobby Joe Long abductions. Hear her powerful testimony as it was told in the lifetime movie "Believe Me". You will also hear from Attorney Shamika Askew founder of Storay Advocacy Group, Michelle Threatt, former Corrections Officer now entrepreneur who was attacked by a prison inmate, Lyonelle De Veaux, Hillsborough County Sheriff's Detective shot while responding to a domestic violence call and a host of other powerful speakers. ⠀

This is an event you don't want to miss. This event is free to the public and will include entertainment, refreshments and raffles. There will also be vendors available for your shopping enjoyment.
