Conference Hotel Information:

A discounted room block has been arranged at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel at the room rate of USD$263 for a “superior room” inclusive of breakfast and internet if booked by July 1, 2013. The room rate cannot be guaranteed after July 1, 2013.

Discounted Room Booking Instructions:

1. Download the room booking form and email to Reservations.accra@moevenpick.com OR
2. Call reservations at +233 302 611000 and mention the “Yale Alumni Rate.”

Note:

1. The Yale Club of Ghana and Yale offer no sponsorship of VISAS for attending the conference. All attendees are responsible for obtaining the necessary VISAS for entry into Ghana. VISA information for US Citizens can be found at http://www.ghanaembassy.org/index.php?page=visas
2. Certain vaccinations are required for entry into Ghana. Please check with your health care provider.
   

Conference Pass Cancellation Policy:

Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee, which will be subtracted from your refund total. We must receive your written request for a refund by June 24, 2103. Cancellations received after June 24, 2013 are non-refundable.
