This hour-long wellness online talk will have you look at how stress/anxiety is directly affecting you and the areas of your life including career, relationships, spirituality, mindset, physical body, and more. We will discuss mindset and mindfulness practices along with triggers that lead individuals to feel anxious. Also, additional topics will include physical stress relief techniques, mind-gut connection, healthier eating habits and finally we will learn how to create balance in your life. The talk will include an interactive discussion and Q&A for those who attend live.
