The ETV Endowment invites you to a luncheon featuring Amanda McNulty, host of SCETV and Clemson University’s Making It Grow. Amanda will share her knowledge of South Carolina’s rice culture, plus traditional ways of preparing this delectable heirloom grain. Enjoy a southern-style lunch featuring locally-grown rice dishes in the midst of the beautiful surroundings of Brookgreen Gardens, a coastal sculpture garden and wildlife preserve composed of four former rice plantations.
