This event is the first official Scotia Group Dialogue, hosted in partnership with the Scotia Group, committed to supporting the UN Climate Conference COP26 in Glasgow to be held November 1-12, 2021. The following topics will be discussed:
Now that the US has re-entered the Paris Agreement what are the priorities and opportunities for the US and UK to forge climate action consistent with the rule of law?
How do we forge a unified purpose in tackling existential threats precipitated by the climate crisis?
How can build broader consensus beyond North America and Europe to positively impact the COP process?
What measures can be taken to “on-ramp” various interests including governments, communities, corporations?
