Join AFP Triangle as we explore why and how a racial equity framework supports your organization.

About this event

In this first of two sessions, we will explore why and how a racial equity framework supports your organization to center values on your organization's journey towards racial and economic justice.

- What do our unique identities have to do with furthering racial equity?

- How can we make strides for more just workplaces and communities together?

- What 3 principles can help ground the work of a DEI committee?

From questions about organizational change and representation to building a more equitable work culture, this session will examine the complexity of racial equity and how we can make a difference no matter what our unique role is.

Full participation in “From Head to Heart: Centering Racial Equity” is applicable for 1.5 points in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
