In this hands-on workshop led by experienced founders and venture development experts, VentureForum will guide you through a proven process to identify and test the core assumptions underpinning your venture concept, move beyond gut feelings and gain the clarity needed to build a customer-driven business.

If you have a nascent idea or an early-stage startup, you'll leave with a foundational roadmap to:

  • Uncover untested assumptions about the path to adoption which hinder early stage traction
  • Deeply understand your target audience and what truly drives their decisions, moving beyond leading questions to uncover their core needs and existing workflows.
  • Develop a practical customer development strategy to gather real-world validation and ensure your venture aligns with genuine market demand

Greg Dalle-Molle, Venture Forum Executive Director

Greg holds an MS in Experience Design and brings a wealth of knowledge in new product development and entrepreneurial programming to Venture Forum. He previously served as Director of Operations for the Northeastern University Center for Entrepreneurship Education and has built innovation programs for other universities in Massachusetts and abroad.

Punit Shah, Head of Growth at Allsmith Growth

Punit is an experienced entrepreneur and marketer who has successfully scaled multiple ventures. He has been deeply involved in mentoring startup founders globally and locally through MassChallenge, TiE, Venture Forum, and MIT Sandbox.
