Event description

Description

Emptiness and non-self are central concepts in Buddhism - but are easily misunderstood. However, it is vital to grasp them as a deep recognition of their true nature causes our self-limitations to melt away and liberation to manifest. Ven. Jian Hu will analyze the concept of emptiness and demonstrate its applicability to our experiences.

All levels of practitioners are welcome.
