Do you love winter fruits? Do you want to learn the most flavorful ways to preserve these tasty sweets? Liz, a Formaggio Kitchen cheesemonger and jamming enthusiast, and Julia, our preserves buyer and avid home jammer, are so excited for this seasonal condiment making class. Join these two lovely ladies for a walk through the bright flavors of winter, from ripe pomelos to exotic kishu mandarins. Come taste the fun combinations they have come up with, get the recipes, brainstorm on uses of seasonal herbs and produce, and enjoy these combos alongside a fully composed winter cheese plate - and of course, with something delicious to sip throughout!
