About this event
Join alumni from departments in the humanities and social sciences to learn how to transfer the knowledge and skills gleaned in the classroom to careers in the field.
The humanities and social science departments (English, History, LLC, Philosophy, Theology, Political Science, & Social and Cultural Sciences) warmly invite you to a panel, “From Classes to Careers,” next Wednesday, April 14, from 5-6:30 p.m. CT, via Zoom. The panel will feature alums who are working in a range of fields and who are at different stages of their careers. They’ll offer career tips and reflect on their career paths and will also discuss how the skills they gained in their humanities and social sciences courses help them in their current work.
