Course Aims:

• To effectively turn around conflict into collaboration using structured and proven principles
• To implement best practices for prevention & resolution of conflict
• To equip participants with the skills to create productive & positive conversations in the workplace
• To enhance ability to deal constructively, persuasively and compassionately when working with others
