From Bud to Bloom: A journey Through Self with Flower Remedies and Sacred Sound

with Eric Monkhouse and Miranda Dalton

Saturday May 25th
11-1.30pm
Private Residence in Kentfield
Intimate group of 10
$50

Everything is Vibration. Our thoughts, emotions, money, the way we see ourselves consciously or subconsciously are all vibrations. Each tangible object and non-tangible intention holds within itself a frequency.

Our permeable systems are vibratory too - a complex combination of our past and present. Every thought, memory and relationship exists as a vibration someplace in our bodies that influences our lives.

Some of those vibrations are beautiful and create a framework for love, friendship, worth and self acceptance. But as every thing on this planet is dynamic, we also hold heavy imprints that create things like sadness, confusion, shame and unworthiness.

Flower Remedies are made in a precise way that captures the very high vibrations of nature so they can be infused into our human system. Paired with sacred sound which vibrates with high shamanic frequencies - deep core wounds can be released, past patterns can be cleared and a new spaciousness created to be flooded with frequencies like Love and Joy, and our True Essence.

In this workshop we will learn about Flower Essences, how they are made and how they work. Then we will use a combination of breath, movement, mediation and sound bathing to guide the flower essences into our systems to create healing and freedom. Short optional opportunities to share with a partner will be provided, as well as personal space to explore. You will received a combination essence to take home after the workshop.

These flower remedies are conscious plant medicine, but do not work in a psychoactive or hallucinogenic way. They are safe for everyone.

Eric has relished his entire career (over 20 years) in the fitness and wellness industry. He is a highly attuned bodyworker and has helped countless people stretch and strengthen all kinds of soft tissue injuries.
