Hello, I’m Carmel O’ Reilly, Founder of Feedback Bureau.

I’m a writer of online courses and articles, educator and speaker on the subject of everyday performance feedback.

My work is about helping you establish yourself as a coach, not a critic, allowing your colleagues to see you as a champion of their work, and a trusted partner to help them reach their career goals.

Because effective feedback is one of the greatest enablers.

My purpose is to create educational programmes that are accessible to everyone.


To help you get the most from the open-course, you will receive a simple exercise to help you prepare and to get into the best mindset.


You'll have gained tools, techniques, and confidence that comes from practical insight and active learning, along with follow-up exercises designed to help you put this learning into practice back at your workplace.

Will there be food and drinks?

There will be arrival tea, coffee and freshly baked pastries, a buffet lunch and mid-morning and afternoon refreshments.

What's the refund policy?

You can receive a full refund up to 30 days before the event start date. If after that time, you find you are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a person of your choice up to 72 hours ahead of the event. Your booking is enabled to allow you to do this, should you need support please email: carmeloreilly007@gmail.com
