@ The Barn & Frog's Leap Vineyards invite you to join us on Thursday, September 14th, @ 6:30 for a five-course wine dinner. Howard Imber, ASA certified sommelier will be taking guest through a four-course dinner with perfectly paired wines. Menu created by Chef Dan Fortin and his team.

First Course

Chilled Lobster Lettuce Cups

Crab, shrimp, bib lettuce, sriracha dressing

Paired with 2016 FROG’S LEAP, Sauvignon Blanc

Second Course

Snapper Panzanella

Rustic bread crusted, heirloom tomatoes, basil, pickled red onion

Paired with 2015 FROG’S LEAP, Chardonnay

Third Course

Half Roast Squab

Purple potatoes, native carrots, juniper blackberry scented demi glace

Paired with 2014 FROG’S LEAP, Merlot

Fourth Course

Sea Salt Peppercorn Crusted Skirt Steak

Nardello peppers, sweet red onions, fresh herbs
