The walk is a 5k that will take place in Tower Grove Park on Sunday, September 6th, 2020, 11:00am to 3:00pm. Check-In is at 11:00am and the walk will begin promptly at 12:00pm.

The meeting site is The Sons of Rest Pavilion, at the Grande Ave entrance of Tower Grove Park.

Before and after the walk there will be music, a few merchandise vendors to shop with, and healthy food available for purchase.

There is also a Virtual Registration option. We will mail you an event t-shirt and bag, download the Nike Run Club app, add "Frizzy By Nature" as a friend on the app, and a month out we will send you an invite to the challenge we have created for the walk. You will be able to track your 3 mile walk from there! We will also be going live that day on facebook and instagram for you to join in!
