Come and experience my journey as I do it (in real-time). 2017 I started my mobile funnel cake cart and within a year booked out my calendar and secured vending with some of Hollywood’s elite party planning companies. We were PoPPINg!
Fried Manna Funnel Cakes (my baby) was birthed out of necessity. My husband was looking for a Funnel Cake Vendor to attend his youth group's movie night and we could not afford the very few options our city had to offer.
I grew up occasionally joining my aunt in her kitchen frying up some delicious desserts, so I thought let me give this a try. Deliciousness every time I pull the dough out of the fryer, HEAVENLY!
Becoming a new mommy in Oct 2019 and the Pandemic happening top of 2020 put a halt on the expansion of my business. Fried Manna has been on a 3-year hiatus.
Fried Manna Funnel Cakes is back and has officially found a home at Nay’s Taco.
