Make your taste buds heard by voting in our people's choice contest for best fried chicken dish! At this event, you will sample fried chicken dishes from various restaurants, chefs and food trucks all while enjoying live music, art and DJ's from Houston's local creative scene!

• We can't forget to mention that cocktails are included with your "Judge Pass" ticket purchase and also your "Early Bird Judge Pass ticket".

• *21 and up event: This event is created for an adult crowd so no children or anyone under the age of 21 will be allowed in unless with a parent or guardian and the child must have "Judge Pass" ticket.

• Fried Chicken Wing Eating Contest: Sign up on our website if you think you have what it takes to be Houston's fastest chicken wing eater. Only 24 contestants will be entered into the event. Tickets

Judge Pass:

-Entry into the festival

-10 food sampling vouchers (you will exchange these vouchers for samples of the contestants food to taste and vote). Food vendors and fried chicken contestants will also have food for purchase.

-Food sampling time is 2pm-6pm for this ticket (1pm-6pm for the Early Bird Judge Pass). After 6pm food vendors may start selling food if they are out of samples. So get there early so you can try as many of the vendors food as possible! Please keep this mind.

-Open bar access in main festival alley (Must be 21 and up)

-Seating through out the festival (first come first serve)

-View cooking demonstrations, live music and the fried chicken wing eating contest on the main stage.

-Access to bottled water and other sponsored non alcoholic drinks

Parking

-Street parking is free, plentiful and legal there is also a for pay parking lot directly across the street from the event.

-Fried chicken Fest will offer a limited amount of parking in the festival parking lot at $20 per a spot while supplies last. Parking in this lot is first come first serve and there will be parking attendants. Fried Chicken Fest Houston is not responsible for any theft or damage to any vehicles that may occur during your visit to the festival.

-Uber and Lyft drop off and pick up is strongly suggested. Please do not drink and drive!

Dress Code

-Casual chic summer/fall wear

-Flip flops and sneakers are ok

-Shorts and t-shirts are ok. Just keep it fly and not dry
