Description
Start the day by loosening, aligning and strengthening with Core Strength Yoga and Meditation. This is a the type of Yoga that even an old man like me can do, and enjoy. It is a transitioning movement based program, that I really enjoy.
We will open up our joints, then free up space in our minds.
