The recent election cycle brings three new commissioners to Multnomah County, but also some big challenges to health care, public safety, libraries and county-based social services. The new commissioners - state Rep. Jessica Vega Pederson, Gresham City Councilor Lori Stegmann and emergency room physician Sharon Meieran – make the county commission an all-woman board. What are their priorities and how can they lead the county in the face of these challenges?
