Fresh Seasonal Crabs

Crab season is at its height during this time of the year and fresh Dungeness Crab are caught right off the coast. So how should be treat this delicacy? First off, we'll talk about identifying male and female crabs. Some claim the females are sweeter. Second, we'll tell you what not to do with Crabs to keep them as fresh as possible.
Finally we'll create a collection of dishes that highlight this tasty crustacean.
