Fresh Fridays with ONE Neighborhood Builders

Fresh Fridays are quick, virtual gatherings each month. The ONE Neighborhood Builders team will be joined by practitioners, community members, and experts in exploring a new topic in community development each session. Grab your morning coffee or tea and join us!

This month, we will discuss Participatory Budgeting, a democratic process in which community members directly decide how to allocate resources. It’s a tool to enable everyone to make decisions about how funds should be distributed in our communities.

Community partners will join members of the ONE Neighborhood Builders team to discuss the Nine Neighborhood Fund, a participatory budgeting process underway in Central Providence, and other participatory budgeting initiatives.
