Fresh Cheese Making
Spend two and half hours learning about cheese, making cheese and eating cheese! First you learn a little about what makes up milk, then you start with milk and in small groups you make two batches of fresh cheese, queso blanco and fresh mozzarella. You get to stretch the mozzarella you make and take a sample of both cheeses home with tips about how to use them. Before class, you get to sample all of our cheeses from the charcuterie board made for your class so, come hungry and ready to make some cheese! Also, it’s a BYOB (bring your own beverage of choice).
