Executive Chef Michael Koenig has created a five-course dinner to feature the Folio Italian Wine Portfolio specially curated by Shane Lessard CSW, Regional Manager at Folio Wine Partners. This dinner will include highly regarded wines from Marchesi dè Frescobaldi, Luce, and Bruno Giacosa; some of the finest wines Italy has to offer.
