Fresco UNCORKED "Riesling on the Rooftop"
Riesling is an exceptionally versatile wine for food pairing because of its balance of sugar and acidity. It can be bone dry to decadently sweet, and each style has a different range of food affinities. The Riesling grape works wonders with so many global cuisines, pairing up especially well with dishes that are sweet, spicy, salty or tangy. Enjoy a globally influenced 6-course dinner from Chef Chris Myers paired up with Rieslings from around the world. Dinner is held in the rooftop garden of the Madison Musuem of Contemporary Art [rain back up, Fresco restaurant]. Seating is communal. Please arrive between 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm, dinner will begin promptly at 6:30 pm. Sorry, no refunds.
