Learn how to make french macarons using the french meringue method. We will make two flavors of macarons: Chocolate and Lemon. All filling and shells will be made in class. We will discuss meringue techniques, piping techniques, bust myths and much more!

Hors d’oeuvres and wine will be provided for the first half hour as we learn about each other and your expectations. All macarons made in class will be provided to take home. Souvenir tshirts will also be provided.
