Description

We are excited to bring local, seasonal cooking classes to The Hungry Pelican in Downtown Snohomish!

Recently featured in 425 Magazine, our classes are hands on and engaging, with recipes that are easy to replicate at home.

In this class, we will use the finest ingredients of the local harvest to create rustic, delicious, French inspired classics, using the best local and seasonal ingredients.

After each class, the delicious meal created in class will be enjoyed with Washington wine.

Le Menu:

Snack: Baked Seastack Cheese, Honeycrisp Apples, Toast, Honeycomb

First Course: Mushroom Tartine: Glazed Cascadia Mushrooms, 21 Acres Sourdough, Cherry Valley Fromage Blanc, Herbs

Second Course: Northwest Nicoise: Local Greens, Smoked Salmon, Baby Potatoes, Capers, Farm Fresh Eggs, Herb Dijon Viniagrette

Third Course: Root Vegetable Cassoulet: Alvarez Farms Beans, Fall Vegetables, Herb Mustard Crumb

Dessert: Theo's Chocolate Crème Brulee with Caramelized Honey
