Freeing Your Voice: 6-Session Class - Winter 2026
Overview
An uplifting, soul nourishing singing class led by Elisa S. Keeler at the First Unitarian Society of Ithaca.
This series runs TUESDAYS February 3th - March 17th (no class Feb 17th) from 5:30pm - 6:30pm. Advance registration required.
Class description:
New and returning students are welcome.
~Engage in exercises that increase vocal health and singing stamina.
~Explore toning and movement practices that restore vibrant energy.
~Experience the uniting and uplifting nature of simple, soulful songs and harmonies.
Cost: $125-$185 sliding scale (not including online processing fee).

Payment is non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may apply your payment to another class series or find someone to fill your place.
Safety Protocols:
- Participants may not attend class if they are demonstrating signs of illness or have had a recent exposure to Covid.
- Masks are optional.

About the facilitator:
Elisa S. Keeler, MA Transpersonal Psychology & BM Vocal Performance & Music Education
Elisa is the founder of Freeing Your Voice and the Music for Unity and Social Change Program, and co-teacher of the Hidden Treasure Program at Light on the Hill Retreat Center.
As a singer and recording artist, she has released three albums, Red Sky, Soul of the Earth: multicultural songs for the circle, and the brand new Songs for the Circle which includes a songbook. She has additionally composed several songs for choirs.
Elisa is also the lead singer and songwriter for the band Elisa & the YesMen. She has sung lead and harmony vocals with several Ithaca, NY based bands and as a guest with Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings.
