Freedom in Forgiveness
Sunday, March 12
1:00 to 4:30 p.m.
Taught by Rev. Linda Zupan
Sometimes forgiveness seems like the Sisyphus story in Greek mythology, where we are “condemned to an eternity of rolling our boulder uphill,” over and over, never to reach the top. The truth is that forgiveness is an ongoing process. There are skills and techniques we can learn, develop, and practice. We can become proficient in authentically choosing to forgive.
Freedom in Forgiveness offers a gentle way to treat a difficult struggle. This afternoon workshop includes group sessions, small group exercises, and individual time. Designed as a safe exploration and a sacred experience, you will leave with information on the healing powers and medical benefits of forgiveness, heightened awareness of forgiveness possibilities in your daily life, and experiential access to healing and forgiveness tools and practices. You will also receive resources to help you continue your practice after you leave the workshop.
