We are doing what we love, to fight what we hate!

About this Event

Come and join the adventure! This is a co-ed endurance hike to raise funds for the non profit organization Rescue:Freedom International. Rescue Freedom exists to empower the rescue and restoration of women and children suffering in sexual slavery. With partner sites in 18 countries, they have touched the lives of over 48,000 women and children. Learn more at www.rescuefreedom.org

Come into the wild and embark on a journey of personal growth all while joining the fight against human trafficking! The goal for this endurance hike is to push personal limits, step out of our comfort zone and conquer one of the most breathtaking mountains in Utah. Mount Timpanogos is the impressive wall that dominates the landscape on the northeast side of Utah Valley. It is one of Utah’s most recognizable mountains, and perhaps Utah’s most popular mountain hiking destination. At 11,749 feet, it is the second-highest summit of the Wasatch Mountains. You will trek 15 miles in one day, beginning at 7000ft and climbing just over 7 miles and a mile in elevation to the summit before making the return to the trailhead.

You will be responsible for transportation to the event hotel (TBD)at least one day before your hike and plan for 2 nights of lodging. You will be emailed a hotel that will have rooms blocked off under the name FREEDOM HIKERS. This is a NOT for profit event!

Please read the following physical requirements and expectations before signing up.
