Freedom From Fear - Seminar in Richmond, VA
Sat, April 8, 2017, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT
And the Lord said…Fear not, neither be thou dismayed… Joshua 8:1 (KJV)
As often as it appears in the Bible and arises in personal experience, it is clear that fear is something with which all of us must wrestle in our lives. And yet every time human fear shows up in the Bible, God addresses it with the command to not be afraid.
That’s because it’s not God’s plan for us to accept and live with constant fear! Whether it’s mild or debilitating, fear prevents us from walking in love, joy and peace. But God wants us to live victoriously, free of our fears and anxieties. The second stop on the journey to freedom is learning how to recognize and deal properly with the fear that tries so often to rule our lives.
This seminar is the second in a series of teachings designed to help participants pursue the journey to a free and full life.
Topics that will be covered are:
- Causes of Fear
- Consequences of Fear
- Overcoming Fear
Format: Live teaching followed by Q&A.
Cost: General Registration - $15; At the Door - $25
Instructor: Jessie Mejias, Director, Finding Home Institute
