A practical 4-part, 12-hour program to boost lung capacity, breath control, and body awareness — giving you the skills for deeper, calmer, safer dives. Learn freediving-specific anatomy, land drills for each discipline (FIM, CWT, CNF), and practice bandhas (core locks), and lung stretches to improve equalization, diaphragm mobility, and pressure adaptation.
Perfect for curious beginners and experienced divers wanting to breathe easier, move smarter, and dive with confidence.

1. Breathe Better, Dive Deeper: Master your breath and relaxation, clear sinus congestion — for more efficient oxygen use and calmer dives (and daily life).
2. Breathwork & Yoga for Depth: Explore the anatomy of breathing, posture’s impact, and yogic techniques to expand lung use, boost body awareness, and improve mobility.
3. Core Locks & Lung Freedom: Learn bandhas (core lock), kriyas, and lung stretches to unlock diaphragm mobility, core strength, and pressure adaptation in depth.
4. Freediver Anatomy & Technique Mastery: Map your freediver body, refine technique for each discipline — plus land drills to make them second nature.

Who is this for? Anyone curious about freediving or wanting to breathe better, move with more awareness, and learn freediving-inspired yoga & breathwork.
Do I need to be a certified freediver? No — it’s suitable for complete beginners and certified divers alike.
Will we cover equalisation? Yes — especially Frenzel technique and the muscles involved.
Will I learn how to freedive in the water? No — this is land-based training. You’ll still need an in-water freediving course to learn actual diving skills.
Is it useful before I take my first freediving course? Absolutely — you’ll learn breathing, posture, muscle control, and mental skills that make your first dives easier and safer.

We understand that life happens, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible while keeping our events running smoothly.
Cancellations
* 2 weeks before the start date: Full refund or credit towards a future workshop.
* Less than 2 weeks before the start date: No refund, but you may transfer your place to a friend or family member.
Sickness
* If you’re unwell and unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll offer you a credit towards a future workshop.
* If we need to cancel or reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or credit — your choice.
