With Thanksgiving coming up, it’s the perfect time to give thanks and treat yourself.

We invite you to a nourishing practice that nurtures and restores you as we journey into a season of gratitude!

Join us for a FREE 90-minute yoga practice that combines breath, movement, and meditation to energize and rejuvenate the body and mind. The class introduces an all levels sequence of low impact movements, breathing practices and guided meditation. Explore and find what feels good for you.

SCHEDULE:

10:00 - 10:30AM Meet + Greet
10:30 - 12:00PM Yoga Flow
12:00 - 1:00PM Social Mixer + Raffle drawing

YOGA FLOW includes:
  1. Breathing/meditation led by Jovanna
  2. Gentle Yoga Flow led by Meredith
  3. Restorative Yoga with therapeutic essential oils led by Christine

Enjoy complimentary tea & snacks at our post-yoga session mixer as we celebrate community.
Wear comfortable clothes that do not restrict movement. Please bring your yoga mat, water, and some friends!
