About this Event

Confidence is the greatest form of Self Love and Yoga is a lifestyle. Learn to love every curve of your body!

This online 75 minute class is not just a physical practice, but will inspire a true mind- body connection. Through Breath Work, Gentle Yoga Flow, Meditation and Group Sharing you will learn to know and appreciate your body in new ways. Body Confidence Coach and She Hive Partner: Jessica Van Valkenburgh has developed this special class to incorporate themes of body-acceptance and self-compassion for women. This journey will help build your peace of mind, the ability to live in the moment and have patience with yourself and others.

There is no experience necessary to take this class. Recommended but not mandatory props include:

Yoga Mat

2 blocks or books

Strap or belt or scarf

Blanket

Bolster or Pillow

Modifications will be given to accommodate all levels. Every body, size and shape is welcome. All classes are online through Zoom. Please dress comfortably in clothes which are easy to move in and bring with you an open heart and mind.
