Guest Speaker Jim Waszak's free workshop will focus on one of the challenges most people have in interviewing, knowing how to tell their story, and how to answer behavioral style, open ended questions using stories rather, then do a data-dump and hope something sticks.

Jim Waszak has covered a lot of ground in his career. CFO, VP Manufacturing, Sales Manager and Entrepreneur are all roles that he has played. His passion is helping people succeed by finding their uniqueness and pursuing their own passions. Jim regularly speaks at the Naperville Career Community Center and is a Kensington International Executive Career Coach. In addition to his work life, Jim has been on stage doing improv and ballroom dancing, has driven a NASCAR stock car, been a semi-pro bowler, and has ridden roller coasters all over the country. Some have called him a scratch golfer - in the sense that he scratches his head after hitting a bad shot! He is here to help.
