About this event

Are you looking to become both physically and mentally stronger? Our certified fitness instructor Thaddeus is here to lead you through a community fitness workout that will build your strength and endurance. Our class is 100% FREE and open to ALL levels. We are looking to build a safe and supportive sober-active community of people who want to better themselves. If this sounds like you, join us now!

This event is sponsored by The Phoenix, a nonprofit organization that leverages community and fitness to lead a healthy lifestyle without substance use. We ask only one thing from our participants -- 48 hours of sobriety. To ensure a safe and healthy space, we ask everyone to wear a mask.

We will be meeting at the outdoor lot of the address. Space is limited, please officially register here. This ensures that we can provide adequate equipment and maintain an appropriate number of participants due to COVID-19 restrictions. Follow for updates on our Facebook!
